About the Role
Asia Pacific Group is seeking a driven and experienced
Registered Migration Agent to join our growing Melbourne team. This role is ideal for someone who understands both
migration compliance and client acquisition, and is ready to take ownership of end-to-end case management while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and strategic migration advice across visa categories including GSM, Student, Partner, Employer-Sponsored, and Business visas.
- Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications in full compliance with Australian immigration laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with changes in migration legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct detailed client consultations, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Manage the full migration lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and promote migration services.
- Convert client inquiries into successful applications and contribute towards revenue targets.
- Represent the company at seminars, events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Registered Migration Agent with a valid MARA registration.
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration laws, visa processes, and compliance standards.
- Proven experience managing multiple visa applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial mindset with a strong ability to convert leads into clients.
- Experience in the migration and/or education sector is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
