Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth (B2B & B2C): Drive sales by acquiring new clients through direct channels, while also onboarding new partners to promote OSHC & OVHC through Budget Policy.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue potential clients, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into successful sales.
Social Media & Digital Sales: Actively engage on social media, create promotional content, and leverage digital platforms to generate leads and boost sales.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Travel & Field Sales: Meet clients, attend industry events, and visit education agents, universities, and businesses to close deals.
Sales Reporting & Target Achievement: Track performance metrics, meet or exceed sales targets, and provide market insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Confident, presentable, and proactive in sales & marketing.
- Highly active on social media, with video content creation skills(desired).
- Willing to travel for meetings, events, and partner visits within the Philippines.
- Prior experience in education marketing, sales, or business development is highly preferred.
