About the role
We are experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an additional Migration Agent Assistant who can add value to our team. The role will require the successful applicant to perform following duties and tasks:
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified clients
- Assisting clients across the globe in dealing with Australian and International immigration issues such as visa options, eligibility and application merits.
- Assisting experience Registered Migration Agents with application form drafting, application preparation and lodgement.
- Liaising with employers, skill assessment agencies, state sponsoring bodies, DIBP and migration review tribunal.
- Developing new and existing client relationships whilst participating in ongoing business development.
- Be able to work individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate reports are maintained.
- Ensuring full career growth and development by giving proper training and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the client in the CRM
- Willingness to take different opportunities, bringing an open-minded mindset to ad-hoc duties as required
- Lead marketing events, especially webinar and expos, as per management guidance.
To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following

- Extremely well organized
- Extensive knowledge of Migration Law.
- Be able to work individually with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Prior Migration Agent Assistant/Migration Counseling experience of more than one year in Migration Consultancy is required.
