  • The spouse of a kid who is at least eighteen years old and has made Australia their home as an Australian citizen or eligible New Zealand citizen, or a permanent resident.
  • A parent or legal guardian of the minor who is at least eighteen years old and has become a permanent resident of Australia or is eligible to become a citizen of New Zealand.
