The Data Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as Manage ZOHO CRM, data analytics, data modeling, statistical analysis, and communication within the organization. The role involves working closely with various teams to gather and analyze data to support business decisions. Qualifications
  • Provide Training of CRM to teams
  • User & User Role Management
  • Delete duplication of all modules from CRM
  • Sort team queries related to CRM
  • Rectification of mistakes done by Users
  • Generate reports from CRM
  • Changes done in CRM on daily basis as per the requirement
  • Testing of newly introduced modules/requirements on sandbox
  • Resolving issues related to Reports and Filters
  • Check emails on daily basis
  • Merging data on daily bases as per the requirement
  • Duplicate data deletion of Leads, inquiries and applicants for teams
