About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager – B2B to lead our business development efforts across South India, with Kochi as the base location. This role is responsible for expanding our partner network, building strategic relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable regional growth.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional B2B growth strategies across South India.
- Build and manage relationships with education agents, institutions, and business partners.
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities across Kerala and neighbouring South Indian states.
- Expand and strengthen the active education agent network.
- Support student recruitment initiatives through strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare regular business development and performance reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B business development within the international education sector.
- Strong network and experience working with education agents and institutional partners across South India.
- Proven ability to develop partnerships and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India as required.
