Partner Visa

The Partner Visa allows the partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia. Your marriage must be valid under Australian law. You must have been in a de facto relationship for at least 12 months.

Key Eligibility Requirements

• You must be married or in a de facto relationship with:

Visitor Visa

With this visa stream, you can travel to Australia for up to 12 months as a tourist, where you can take a cruise trip or visit loved ones. Ensure that you intend to come to Australia to visit only and have enough money for your stay.

Key Eligibility Requirements

• Health examination is required for visitor visa 600 applicants.
• Adequate health insurance is required for sudden treatment in Australia.
• Good character is required before and during visa application and stay.
• The Migration Act 1958 determines good character.
• All visitor visa streams require sufficient funds for stay in Australia.
• No extension option is available for visa subclass 600.
• Family inclusion is not possible.

Guardian Visa

This visa allows you to stay in Australia as the guardian of an international student younger than 18 years of age studying in Australia on a student visa. For this visa, you must be the student’s parent, legal guardian or relative and must have enough money to support yourself and the student during your stay.

• Guardian must be 21 years old, have custody of a student, or be in a relationship with the student.
• Must have a written authority letter from the student’s custody holder.
• Allows family members under 6 years old under certain circumstances.

EOI

• Successful EOIs receive visa application invitations or employment opportunities.
• High-ranking EOIs under Independent and Skilled Regional (Provisional) visas receive automatic invitations.
