Job description

Hiring Female Accounts Manager. Required- only Female Candidates Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Worked on International/Domestic accounting software MYOB, XERO, Quick Book and other Australian accounting software.
  • Good to have knowledge of XERO
  • Accounts Receivables & Payable
  • Vendor management
  • Handling day to day Accounting
  • Reporting to supervisor for task completions and any other matters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Can handle team.
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Should have good grasping and retention power
  • Friendly with Microsoft office tools, such as office, excel
  • Prepared Financial Statements and Tax Returns. (company, Trust, Partnership and sole trade)
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
